Design Philosophy

Our design approach was pragmatic. Aim was to increase app usage by making user's first step as easy as possible.

Service requests, scoping, price list, templates, appointments, timelines, quotes, schedules, payments, households, properties. We needed to cover it all — yet keep things simple and easy to use.

The AI transformed service request creation by taking freeform input from members, identifying service categories and subcategories, and suggesting availability and urgency.

Partner Suggestions

The AI aggregated partner details, such as feedback, location, responsiveness, and preferred communication methods, to suggest the best partners for each service request.

This automation removed the need for manual screening for HOMR admins. Using AI, we ensured that each job was matched with the right professional based on unique member, property, habit, and preference details.
